The RUWI with quick-release mechanism creates a tool-free clamping and connection point in your aluminum profiles. Using the eccentric lever, the integrated slot nut clamps slot nut the profile groove—flip the lever, and the bracket locks securely in place with approximately 3 kN of force; flip the lever back, and you can reposition it. This allows you to position, secure, and connect profiles without using screws.

Den Winkel gibt es in zwei Baugrößen: für Nut 6 (30er-Profile, 34 mm Gesamthöhe, 6 mm Verstellhöhe) und für Nut 8 (40er-Profile, 44 mm und 8 mm). Der Korpus ist aus Zinkdruckguss und brüniertem Stahl, der Exzenterhebel aus pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumguss.

Here's how to use it

Profile positionieren und fixieren: im Vorrichtungsbau wandert der Winkel mit – Hebel umlegen statt Nutensteine einfädeln und schrauben.
Rahmen aussteifen: bei wechselnden Aufbauten verbindet der Winkel Profile im rechten Winkel und hält die Konstruktion in Form.
Montagehilfe für Prototypen: Konstruktionen aus Aluprofil entstehen und ändern sich im Fluss – die Verbindungspunkte ziehen einfach mit um.
Auf Nuttischen arbeiten: der Winkel klemmt auch in Nuttische und Aufspannplatten – als Anschlag- und Befestigungspunkt auf der Fläche.

Beim Bestellen wählst du nach Nutbreite und Profilsystem: Nut 6 Item (30er-System), Nut 8 Item oder Nut 8 Bosch (40er-System) – Item und Bosch haben bei gleicher Nutbreite unterschiedlich geformte Nuten, die Nutform entscheidet, nicht nur die Breite.
