Der RUWI Bohrtisch Basic rüstet deine Ständer- oder Säulenbohrmaschine mit einer Aufspannplatte samt Nut-Spannsystem auf. Die Platte (450 × 400 mm) aus 4 mm starkem, verzinktem Stahlblech setzt du mit dem mitgelieferten Montageträger auf den Maschinentisch; im Nutsystem fixierst du Werkstücke, Schraubstock und Anschläge werkzeuglos an beliebiger Stelle.

Unter der Bohrstelle sitzt ein beidseitig verwendbarer Splitterschutz: Er stützt die Austrittskante ab – die Bohrung tritt ausrissfrei aus – und schützt die Bohrerspitze, weil sie nicht auf die Stahlplatte trifft. Mit 7 kg Eigengewicht ist der Tisch schnell umgesetzt, wenn die Maschine woanders gebraucht wird.

Here's how to use it

  • Dübel-, Beschlag- und Serienbohrungen: in Holz, Metall und weiteren Materialien – der Bohrer trifft auf eine feste, plane Aufspannfläche statt auf den nackten Maschinentisch.
  • Spannmittel setzen: Maschinenschraubstock, Senkrecht- und Waagrechtspanner oder Positionswinkel sitzen werkzeuglos im Nutsystem – die Spannstelle wandert mit der Aufgabe.
  • Durchbohren ohne Ausriss: der Splitterschutz fängt den Bohrer beim Austritt ab, die eingefräste Nulllinie hilft beim Ausrichten der Bohrstelle. Abgenutzt drehst du ihn, danach ist er als Ersatzteil einzeln erhältlich.

Passt das zu deiner Bohrmaschine?

Der Bohrtisch passt auf Ständer- und Säulenbohrmaschinen sowie Bohrständer. Befestigt wird er über den mitgelieferten Montageträger auf dem Maschinentisch; die Platte misst 450 × 400 mm bei 7 kg Eigengewicht.

Der Basic ist die Platte ohne Anschlagsystem. Das Anschlaglineal 720 mm mit zwei Klappanschlägen rüstest du werkzeuglos nach – die Klemmwinkel setzen in die Nut. Bohrst du von Anfang an Reihen und Serien, reicht oft gleich der RUWI Bohrtisch Classic: Er bringt Anschlaglineal und beide Klappanschläge mit.
