Brief description

When you're working with push sticks, you often deal with different widths, shapes, or lengths. DIY handle solutions are usually makeshift, inflexible, and a hassle to mount.

The AIGNER Quickly handle is a flexible and reusable solution. You simply place it where you need it and secure it with a lever in seconds. This lets you grip exactly where it makes sense for the specific machining process on the machine.

Inside, a simple yet effective principle is at work: when you activate the lever, front points claw into the push stick from above, while simultaneously pulling rear points into the end face. This ensures the Quickly handle holds securely with a positive fit, without slipping. You can release it anytime and reattach it elsewhere. The points are wear parts – suitable replacement points and a socket wrench are included.

For this, use a push stick made of softwood like pine or spruce; this protects the points and your machine's tools. This way, you use one handle for various applications – instead of making and screwing on a new one for every task. AIGNER manufactures this safety technology in Germany.
