RUWI and Aigner
Let's join forces. To make the workshop better.
The AIGNER pressure rollers, together with the AIGNER pressure module, ensure controlled workpiece guidance directly at the tool: The module’s spring-loaded contact pressure holds the workpiece evenly against the stop and table even with dimensional tolerances; the polyamide rollers (Ø 60 mm, 10 mm wide) move along with the feed—the workpiece is guided stably without lifting or tilting.
Here's how to use it
- Milling narrow strips: The rollers press continuously against the stop rail and the table—just RUWI router table just like on a table router.
- Solid wood with varying thickness: the springy pressure compensates for tolerances—the contact pressure remains constant even if the board isn't the same thickness throughout.
- Feeding curved parts: Round-arch friezes and curved frame profiles pass by the tool under even pressure.
- Working close to the tool: thin sheets and delicate parts remain stabilized in areas where your hand shouldn't go.
Does this fit your router?
When ordering, select based on guide length: single roller for spot pressure, double roller (center-to-center distance adjustable from 64–92 mm), four-roller and six-roller sets for long, even guidance (rollers individually adjustable, outermost up to 260 mm), as well as the safety roller —a four-roller set with extended guidance and a transparent polycarbonate shield that covers the rollers and protects against flying chips. Important: All models run on the AIGNER pressure module, which is sold separately. Depending on the application, the AIGNER pressure shoe or sliding shoe may be the more suitable solution; the overview shows the AIGNER collection.
