Two simple steps that turn the " router table " into a tool for mass production
The guide rail provides the workpiece with a fixed, repeatable edge. The fine-adjustment feature (€122.78 per spindle) complements this: It adjusts the cutter height in 0.1-mm increments via a stainless-steel knob with a fine thread and a laser-etched decimal scale. All in all, this means: slots — you can mill grooves and profiles consistently one after another without having to measure each time. One fine adjustment is usually enough—on the spindle, where precision down to a tenth of a millimeter matters.
The stop ruler is made of milled, anodized aluminum. Two stop jaws, each 300 mm long, can be moved horizontally and vertically to adjust the opening to match the cutter’s diameter. A clamping device holds the workpiece against the stop and the table, while two stops for plunge milling create stop grooves and recesses. Tool-free quick-change system—after the job is done, the guide hangs on the back of the machine. The Classic and Premium models also feature tool-free fine depth adjustment.

Three tasks, one track
Two parallel rails form a support that holds the workpiece in place without clamps, thanks to the non-slip surface—for sanding and for the edges. When positioned crosswise, they serve as a straight guide, for example, as a reference edge when gluing frames. When extended beyond the edge of the table, they serve as an extension for doors and cabinet sides.
The 12-mm-thick multiplex base serves as a cutting surface: The circular saw cuts through the guide rail, not into the table—even if the cutting depth is set too deep. The rails tool-free are secured at any grid position using the stainless steelclamping bolt (Ø 20 mm) with clamping lever . They fit on any table with 20-mmhole grid: RUWI lifting table , Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, or a homemade workbench.
