B&G Maschinenprofi was founded in 1999 by master carpenter Dirk Graafmann—a company that has its roots in the trades and serves the trades. Ingrid Graafmann has been leading the company since 2011, and has been doing so alongside Denis Grevelhörster since late 2022. A family-owned business—just like us. In 2003, B&G moved into its current showroom on Gewerbering, and in 2024, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Today, about 35 employees serve an area of roughly 150 km around Reken and supply woodworking and plastic-processing businesses in both the trades and industry—from power tools to CNC machines, both new and used. Is the RUWI sawing system compatible with the sliding table saw, which is available from B&G?

For most of them, yes. Our safety system for sliding table saws is designed for, among others, Altendorf and SCM—two brands that B&G carries itself. It also covers Martin, Format 4, Felder with X-Roll and Hammer, as well as Holzkraft and Minimax. The system has been tested by the German Social Accident Insurance Association (BGHM) and awarded the DGUV seal—and it’s on display in Reken; you can discuss the specific configuration for your saw directly there.

Can I really try out " RUWI " in Reken for myself?
