B&G Machinery Experts
RUWI In the Münsterland region: B&G Maschinenprofi in Reken
As a tool manufacturer based in the Black Forest, we work with specialty dealers who carry our tools. In the Münsterland region, that’s B&G Maschinenprofi in Reken: a full-service supplier to woodworking and plastics processing businesses since 1999, with over 1,000 m² of showroom space, a large used-machinery hall, and a team 70 percent of whom have a background in the trades. On this page, you’ll find out what our products have to offer there—and why Reken is the place where you can really put RUWI to the test instead of just looking at it.
All " RUWI " systems on site—and the test workshop
B&G carries our entire product line: the RUWI router tables Type S, M, and L sizes, height-adjustable lifting and work tables, the safety system for panel saws, the RUWI drilling table and clamping tools —all manufactured in Reken.
What sets Reken apart from a typical trade show: In the test workshop, you can work on individual systems yourself under expert guidance. At the “ router table ,” you’ll get a feel for what pre-configured tools mean in everyday use—you switch tools instead of having to reconfigure them. For a purchase of this magnitude, that provides a different kind of insight than any spec sheet ever could.
"We consider B&G to be a reliable partner. In Reken, we have various products on site that can be tested right there."
– Florian Ruggaber, Application Engineering at RUWI
Based in Reken since 1999: A full-service interior design firm with a focus on craftsmanship
Since 1999, B&G Maschinenprofi has been based in the heart of the Münsterland region, supplying woodworking and plastics processing businesses—both in the trades and in industry—with everything from power tools to CNC machines, both new and used. You’ll be advised by people who know what they’re talking about: 70 percent of the team has trained in a skilled trade themselves. You’ll notice this right away in conversation—they’ll ask about your workpiece first, not your budget.
Product Line and Brands: Everything Under One Roof
B&G covers all the needs of a workshop: stationary machines ranging from the “ sliding table saw ” to edge banding machines, wide-belt sanders, panel saws, and CNC machining centers, as well as power tools, machine and hand tools, dust extraction systems, clamping devices, occupational safety equipment, and workshop furnishings. Manufacturers include Altendorf, Martin, Format-4, and the HOMAG Group for stationary machines; Kündig for sanding; and Festool, Mafell, Fein, Metabo, Milwaukee, and Lamello for power tools and joining tools. The product range can be ordered around the clock via the online store maschinenprofi.de—which features its own customer service hotline.
Buying Machinery: New or from the Used Machinery Showroom
A machine is an investment in your business’s competitiveness—not just an off-the-shelf purchase. That’s why B&G starts with a consultation: what workpieces, what materials, what production volumes, how much space, and what budget. This information forms the basis for our recommendation. And if your budget doesn’t quite stretch to a new machine yet: In our large used-machine hall, inspected machines—from the Altendorf-sliding table saw s to edge banding machines—are ready for their second life in your workshop.
Services: From Installation to Workshop Relocation
After the purchase, B&G remains your point of contact: Installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts are handled by our in-house service team, as are the full planning and commissioning of complete systems. One standout feature is the logistics: For workshop relocations, B&G plans and organizes the entire process—using low-loader trailers that can safely transport even heavy stationary machines. And for those looking to finance the modernization of their machinery, B&G also provides support with leasing and financing options.
Theme Days: Experience Machines in Action
B&G regularly hosts “Wood in the Trades” theme days in Reken: Manufacturers give live demonstrations of new products related to CNC, edge banding, and cutting, and offer expert advice right at the machine. Anyone planning a major investment can compare several solutions in a single day under real-world conditions—the dates are listed on maschinenprofi.de.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the RUWI sawing system compatible with the sliding table saw, which is available from B&G?
For most of them, yes. Our safety system for panel saws is designed for Altendorf, Martin, and Format 4, among others—exactly the brands that B&G carries. It also covers models from X-Roll and Hammer, Panhans, SCM, Holzkraft, and Minimax. The system has been tested by the German Social Accident Insurance Association (BGHM) and awarded the DGUV seal of approval—and it’s on display in Reken; you can discuss the specific model for your saw directly there.
Can I really try out " RUWI " in Reken for myself?
Yes—all four systems are on site, and for some of them, you’ll work hands-on in the test workshop under supervision instead of just watching. Call +49 2864 88682-0 before you arrive to find out what’s currently set up.
Does B&G also handle the relocation of my machines?
Yes. B&G plans and organizes complete workshop relocations, including the transport of heavy stationary machinery using low-loader trailers. This eliminates the need to coordinate multiple contractors, especially when moving to a new facility.
I'm not in the Münsterland region—where else can I find " RUWI "?
We work with specialty retailers throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Call us at +49 7402 8414, and we'll let you know who carries " RUWI " near you.
