Brief description

The RUWI quick-release clamp (Ø 20 mm) is the screw-mounted version designed for the 10 mm groove in aluminum profiles. Its nut sits in the profile groove; you can further secure it to your fixture using the M20 × 1 external thread and the included clamping nut. Clamping is tool-free: flip the eccentric lever, and the component is secure—flip the lever back, and it is released.

Using the lever, you can apply approximately 3 kN of clamping force with minimal effort. You can adjust the 9 mm height to fit your component; with a total height of 50 mm, the assembly remains low-profile. The slot nut is available for Item and Bosch profiles—both have differently shaped slots despite having the same slot width, which is why separate versions are offered. The base body is made of steel, and the eccentric lever is made of powder-coated cast aluminum, “Made in Germany.”

Slot 10 is the slot width for the large profile series. If you need a smaller slot, you’ll find versions with external threads for Slot 6 and Slot 8; if you prefer to clamp directly using a slot nut without screws, the quick-release overview will guide you to the appropriate sizes.
