The RUWI quick-release clamp (Ø 20 mm) with external thread is the screw-mounted version for the slot 10 aluminum profiles. Its slot nut fits into the profile groove; you can further secure it to your fixture using the M20 × 1 external thread and the included clamping nut. To lock it in place tool-free: flip the eccentric lever, and the component is secured—move the lever back, and it is released.

Using the lever, you can apply approximately 3 kN clamping force with minimal hand force. You can adjust the adjustment height to 9 mm to fit your component; at 50 mm overall height , the overall height remains low. The base body is made of burnished steel, and the eccentric lever is made of powder-coated cast aluminum, manufactured in Germany.

Here's how to use it

Fixed clamping points on large profile frames: The bolted connection keeps the clamping point securely in place in plant and special-purpose machinery construction—even under vibration.
Fixture and Equipment Construction: Clamp and release stops and component holders in seconds—the lever replaces the setup tool.
Assembly timing: Move the lever forward, component is in place—move the lever back, next component; the 9-mm adjustment height accommodates minor thickness variations.
Exhibition stand construction and assembly lines: frequently changing structures mounted in bolted, recurring positions.

Does this fit your aluminum profile?

slot 10 is the groove width for the large profile series. When ordering, select the slot nut for Item or Bosch profiles—both systems have differently shaped slots for the same groove width, which is why there are separate versions: It’s the groove shape that matters, not just the width.

If you need a smaller slot, there is a version with an external thread for slot 6 and slot 8; if you want the clamping point to move with the assembly without a screw connection, use the quick-release clamp with slot nut for slot 10. All sizes are listed in the quick-release clamp overview.
