Brief description

Der RUWI Schnellspanner Ø 15 mm fixiert Werkstücke, Winkel und Anschläge werkzeuglos in der Nut 6 von Aluprofilen. Statt einen Nutenstein mit dem Inbus festzuschrauben, legst du den Exzenterhebel um – das hält in Sekunden und löst sich genauso schnell wieder. Ø 15 mm ist die kleinste Baugröße der Reihe, gemacht für Nut-6-Profile.

Beim Umlegen des Hebels zieht ein Exzenter den verzinkten Nutenstein nach oben und verkantet ihn formschlüssig in der Profilnut. Aus etwa 90 N Handkraft werden so rund 1,5 kN Spannkraft. Den Spannbereich von 0 bis 6 mm stellst du auf die Höhe deines Werkstücks ein. Bei 34 mm Gesamthöhe baut der Spanner niedrig. Grundkörper aus Stahl, Exzenterhebel aus pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumguss, „Made in Germany".

Vor der Bestellung zählt nur eins: deine Profilnut. Für Nut 6 ist das die Baugröße Ø 15 mm – den Nutenstein wählst du passend zu deinem Profil (Item oder Bosch, weitere auf Anfrage).
