Eine Schraubzwinge von Bessey, kombiniert mit einer Adapterscheibe und einem Klemmbolzen aus RUWI-Eigenentwicklung. Die Bessey TW 16 bringt 200 mm Spannweite und 100 mm Ausladung mit – ein Klassiker unter den Profi-Zwingen, der seit Jahrzehnten in deutschen Werkstätten arbeitet. Was sie zur Schweißtisch-Zwinge macht, ist die Aufnahme an der Unterseite; beim Bestellen wählst du den Klemmbolzen passend zum Raster: Ø 16 oder Ø 28 mm.

Die Adapterscheibe mit Ø 60 mm setzt auf das Tischblech auf und verteilt die Klemmkraft großflächig – die Bohrung wird geschont, die Zwinge sitzt verkippsicher. Mit einer halben Umdrehung des Innensechskantschlüssels ist sie fest – kein Anpressen, kein Nachziehen. Die Zwingenschiene misst 22 × 8,5 mm, der Griff trägt einen 2-Komponenten-Kunststoffüberzug.

Here's how to use it

Beim Schweißen halten: die Spannkraft der TW 16 hält Bauteile auch bei Wärmeverzug an Ort und Stelle – die Naht läuft durch, ohne dass das Teil wandert.
Heften und Ausrichten: Stahlteile anpassen, ausrichten, punkten – die Zwinge greift an jeder Rasterbohrung, auch mitten auf der Platte, wo keine Tischkante ist.
Schleifen und Bohren am Tisch: Montage- und Bearbeitungsarbeiten mit festem Werkstück – die 100 mm Ausladung reichen über Profile und Bleche.
Serien takten: halbe Umdrehung Inbus zum Spannen und Lösen – schneller als jede klassische Zwinge an der Tischkante.

Passt das zu deinem Schweißtisch?

Die Ausführung Ø 28 mm passt in das Lochraster der RUWI Schweißtische und anderer 28er-Systeme, die Ausführung Ø 16 mm in klassische Schweißtische mit 16er-Raster. Für Holztische mit 20-mm-Lochraster – RUWI Hubtische, Festool MFT – gibt es dieselbe Kombination als Zwinge TW 16 mit Klemmbolzen Ø 20 mm.
