Der RUWI Waagrechtspanner drückt dein Werkstück waagrecht gegen einen Anschlag oder ein zweites Werkstück auf dem Schweißtisch – das seitliche Gegenstück zum Senkrechtspanner. Über den Klemmbolzen verspannst du ihn an jeder Position im Lochraster; mit 253 mm Länge erreicht er auch weiter innen liegende Spannpunkte. Beim Bestellen wählst du den Bolzen passend zum Raster: Ø 16 oder Ø 28 mm.

Der stufenlose Ausgleich von bis zu 35 mm nimmt wechselnde Spannweiten auf, ohne dass du umrüstest. Beim Öffnen fährt der Spanner automatisch 13 mm zurück und gibt das Werkstück frei – der Wechsel geht schnell, gerade im Serienbetrieb.

Here's how to use it

Baugruppen zum Heften fixieren: zwei Profile gegeneinander oder gegen einen Anschlag gedrückt – die Fuge steht spaltfrei, bevor der erste Punkt sitzt.
Serien takten: Hebel öffnen, 13 mm Rückstellung, Teil wechseln, Hebel schließen – die Einstellung bleibt, nur das Werkstück wechselt.
Wechselnde Profile spannen: die 35 mm Ausgleich nehmen unterschiedliche Bauteilmaße auf, ohne den Bolzen umzusetzen.
Rundum fixieren: seitlich drückt der Waagrechtspanner, von oben hält der Senkrechtspanner, im Takt spannt der Exzenter – das Werkstück steht für die ganze Naht.

Passt das zu deinem Schweißtisch?

Die Ausführung Ø 28 mm passt in das Lochraster der RUWI Schweißtische (Materialdicke ab 4 mm – die phosphatierten RUWI-Schweißtischplatten erfüllen das); die Ausführung Ø 16 mm in Tische mit 16er-Raster. Passende Tische sind der mobile Schweißtisch Hubtisch und der standfeste Schweißtisch Beintisch.
