Der RUWI Waagrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte drückt dein Werkstück waagrecht gegen einen Anschlag oder ein zweites Werkstück – die Ausführung fürs 16-mm-Lochraster. Über zwei Klemmbolzen setzt du ihn in die 16-mm-Bohrungen von Schweißtischen und Aufspannplatten und ziehst ihn mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel fest – zwei Verankerungspunkte halten ihn verdrehsicher, auch wenn er seitlich drückt. Die runde Adapterplatte (Ø 140 mm) mit Langlöchern lässt dich den Druckpunkt frei positionieren.

Der Gelenkteller legt sich auch auf schräge und unebene Anlageflächen flach auf, der Anpressdruck lässt sich einstellen. Der Hubausgleich nimmt bis zu 35 mm auf, 13 mm davon automatisch ohne Nachstellen – bei 253 mm Länge erreicht der Spanner auch weiter innen liegende Spannpunkte.

Here's how to use it

  • Baugruppen zum Heften fixieren: zwei Teile gegeneinander oder gegen einen Anschlag gedrückt – die Fuge steht spaltfrei, bevor der erste Punkt sitzt.
  • Schräge Kanten spannen: der Gelenkteller legt sich flach an die Kontur – der Druck geht in die Fläche, nicht in die Kante.
  • Serien ohne Nachstellen: die 13 mm automatischer Hubausgleich nehmen wechselnde Bauteilmaße auf – Hebel öffnen, Teil wechseln, Hebel schließen.
  • Druckpunkt frei setzen: die Langlöcher der Adapterplatte schieben den Spanner stufenlos zwischen die Rasterbohrungen – der Druck sitzt, wo er hingehört.

Passt das zu deinem Schweißtisch?

Die zwei Klemmbolzen Ø 16 mm passen in Schweißtische und Aufspannplatten mit 16er-Lochraster. Für das Ø-28-Raster der RUWI Schweißtische gibt es den Waagrechtspanner mit einem Klemmbolzen; von oben hält der Senkrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte Ø 16.
