Der RUWI Schwenkspanner ist ein Schnellspanner für die Formatkreissäge. Über den Exzenterhebel spannst du werkzeuglos mit einer Hand. Der gummierte Druckteller sitzt auf einem Kugelgelenk: Er passt sich der Werkstückform an – auch unebenen Teilen – und schont die Oberfläche. So hältst du federnde oder verzogene Massivhölzer wie Eiche, Buche oder Esche nieder, ohne dass sie beim Schnitt hochfedern.

Die maximale Spannhöhe liegt bei 135 mm, der Spannzylinder ist über den Exzenterhebel verstellbar, die Druckspindel trägt einen gummierten Spanngriff – bei 2,1 kg Eigengewicht wandert der Spanner mühelos zwischen den Spannpositionen.

Here's how to use it

Kleine und unregelmäßige Teile schneiden: Leisten, Keile und Sonderformen sitzen unter dem Druckteller – die Hand bleibt am Schiebeschlitten, nicht am Werkstück neben dem Blatt.
Verzogenes Massivholz niederhalten: der Kugelgelenk-Teller drückt auch auf windschiefe Bohlen flächig – Eiche und Buche liegen an, statt beim Schnitt hochzufedern.
Lange Bohlen besäumen: als zweiter Spanner direkt in der Nut des Schiebeschlittens – die Bohle ist an zwei Punkten gehalten und läuft ruhig durchs Blatt.
Im Takt umspannen: Hebel auf, Teil versetzen, Hebel zu – eine Hand spannt, die andere führt das nächste Werkstück zu.

Beim Bestellen wählst du den Schwenkarm passend zum Sägenmodell – die Armlänge ist auf die jeweilige Schlittennut abgestimmt: Altendorf (100 mm), Format 4 (130 mm), Martin (170 mm), Felder X-Roll (130 mm) und Hammer Serie 3 (75 mm). Steht deine Säge nicht dabei, prüfen wir die Passung individuell – melde dich vor der Bestellung.
