Our larger tools are shipped with Schenker freight forwarding and arrive within a few business days. If you prefer, the freight forwarder can also deliver on a specific date, and you can coordinate with them by phone.

Läuft der Antriebsmotor deines RUWI Frästisch nicht mehr rund, ist der erste Schritt ein kurzer Anruf bei uns – oft lässt sich das schon per Ferndiagnose klären. Klappt das nicht, schickst du den Motor zu uns nach Fluorn-Winzeln: Wir reinigen und prüfen ihn gründlich und melden uns mit einer Einschätzung und einem Kostenvoranschlag. Erst auf deine Freigabe reparieren wir den Antrieb und senden ihn zurück – lohnt sich die Reparatur nicht mehr, beraten wir dich ehrlich zum Ersatzmotor.

Den Preis können wir erst nach der Prüfung nennen; du entscheidest mit dem Kostenvoranschlag in der Hand. Für dringende Fälle stellen wir bei Bedarf einen Austauschmotor bereit, damit deine Werkstatt ohne Unterbrechung weiterläuft.

So läuft die Reparatur ab

  • Anrufen: unter +49 7402 8414 oder über die Kontaktseite – viele Elektrik-Themen klärt die Ferndiagnose ohne Versand.
  • Einsenden: Motor im Karton per DHL oder DPD zu uns – wir reinigen, prüfen und schätzen ein.
  • Freigeben: du bekommst den Kostenvoranschlag und entscheidest – repariert wird erst danach, dann kommt der Motor zurück.
  • Weiterarbeiten: bei Bedarf überbrückt ein Austauschmotor die Reparaturzeit.

Die Reparatur gilt für die Antriebsmotoren der RUWI Frästische – wir kennen jede Schraube, denn wir bauen sie selbst. Sollte sonst etwas an der Elektrik nicht passen, melde dich gerne – wir finden eine Lösung.
