The idea behind it

The shelf trolley was originally developed for our own production. We wanted to make our manufacturing and final assembly processes more organized and efficient. The solution: each item, each assembly gets its own trolley with all the necessary individual parts, tools, and fixtures in one place. This way, everything has its spot, and the next work step is just a reach away. It's mobile, flexible, and we use it daily.

Der RUWI Regalwagen ist ein fahrbares Lager- und Bereitstellungssystem für Werkstatt, Montage und Produktion – entstanden in der eigenen RUWI-Fertigung, in Deutschland gefertigt. Bei rund 100 × 61 cm Grundfläche und 167 cm Höhe trägt er bis zu 250 kg, verteilt auf seine Böden (je Boden 50 kg). Der Rahmen aus Aluminium mit pulverbeschichteten Stahlkomponenten ist kratz- und stoßfest; vier Böden, Funktionsrückwand und zwei Funktionsseiten gehören zum Lieferumfang.

Die Böden stellst du werkzeuglos in Höhe und Neigung um: gerade für stapelbare Euroboxen, schräg als Sichtlager für schnellen Zugriff – die Abkantung zeigt wahlweise nach oben (Anschlag) oder unten (glatte Kante). Systainer und andere Lagerbehälter passen ebenso. Böden, Seiten und Rückwand sind magnetisch: KANBAN-Karten und Etiketten halten ohne Kleben, sodass du Material und Nachschub klar steuerst.

Here's how to use it

  • Material zur Montage fahren: der Wagen wird in der Werkstatt kommissioniert und rollt komplett bestückt an den Arbeitsplatz – Feststeller zu, alles griffbereit.
  • Sichtlager auf Schräge: schräg eingesetzte Böden zeigen den Behälterinhalt von vorn – greifen ohne Suchen, Nachschub auf einen Blick.
  • Nach Kanban steuern: die Karte hält magnetisch am Boden, wandert mit dem Behälter und meldet den Nachschub – ohne Klebereste beim Umsortieren.
  • Umbauen im Takt: Böden werkzeuglos versetzen, wenn sich das Projekt ändert – aus dem Kleinteillager wird das Plattenlager in Minuten.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Der Wagen kommt vormontiert – nur die Lenkrollen schraubst du an. Brauchst du oben eine feste Arbeitsfläche zum Ablegen und Arbeiten, ist der RUWI Werkstattwagen die Alternative – gleiche Bauweise, mit HPL-Arbeitsplatte. Beide erweiterst du mit Funktionswänden, Werkzeugablagen und Rollenhaltern (Zubehör separat); zu den RUWI Hubtischen passt der Regalwagen in Aufbau und Höhe.
