Der RUWI Klemmwinkel gibt dir auf dem Schweißtisch einen Spann- und Anschlagpunkt, den du ohne Werkzeug setzt und wieder löst. Der Klemmbolzen aus brüniertem Stahl sitzt in der Tischbohrung, über den kunststoffbeschichteten Klemmhebel ziehst du den Winkel aus Zinkdruckguss fest – Hebel auf, und du versetzt ihn in die nächste Bohrung. So legst du Bauteile im rechten Winkel an und hältst sie, ohne jedes Mal zum Schraubenschlüssel zu greifen.

Der Winkel greift auch in Nut-8-Aluprofile (Item System 40 und kompatible) – damit verbindet er Profilaufbauten mit der Lochplatte des Schweißtischs.

Here's how to use it

Vor dem Heften ausrichten: das Bauteil liegt am Winkel an, die Hand bleibt frei fürs Ausrichten – geheftet wird, wenn alles sitzt.
In Sekunden versetzen: Hebel auf, Winkel raus, nächste Bohrung – die Spannlage wandert mit der Naht über den Tisch.
Profile anbinden: die Nut-8-Aufnahme setzt Aluprofil-Anschläge und -Auflagen direkt auf die Schweißtischplatte.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Beim Bestellen wählst du die Ausführung nach deinem Lochraster: Klemmbolzen Ø 16 mm oder Ø 28 mm. Auf den RUWI Tischen heißt das: Ø 28 für Schweißtisch Hubtisch und Beintisch mit Lochplatte Ø 28. Die passenden Spanner daneben zeigt die Übersicht der RUWI Schweißtische; fürs 20-mm-Holzraster gibt es den Klemmwinkel Ø 20 mit Klemmhebel.
