Push – turn – fix, it couldn’t be easier or faster. With the comprehensive range of accessories for the RUWI drilling table, you gain valuable time and more safety in no time at all. Clamping and stop elements are fixed without tools using the quick-release clamps included in the scope of delivery.

The vertical clamp set contains an adapter plate, two quick releases and one vertical clamp. The clamps increase safety and increase efficiency in drilling operations. Comfort plus: The automatic height compensation handles material thicknesses from 0 – 40mm completely by itself. This means that the vertical clamp is securely positioned and fixed on the drilling table with the clamping plate in no time at all, without the use of tools. The circular adapter plate belonging to the set ensures precision and flexibility when positioning the pressure spindle.

Additional support surfaces are provided by table extensions that are hung and clamped onto the mounting rails on the side of the clamping plate.

The position bracket set contains a position bracket and a quick release. The quick release fixes the position angle precisely at any point in the clamping plate, on the stop ruler or on the table extension. The stop height and depth can be finely adjusted with the stop screw. With this pre-setting, workpieces can also be machined in series with the greatest possible precision.

The machine vise set consists of two quick-release clamps and a machine vise. The vice is positioned and fixed on the clamping plate in no time using the two quick-release clamps. This set increases the efficiency and safety when working on pillar drilling machines.

Does the drill table fit my drill?

The RUWI drill table offers a variety of connection options to a wide variety of box column drills, bench drills, drill stands and also smaller milling machines. Detailed installation instructions as well as screws and thread plates are included in the delivery. In rare cases it may be that these do not fit, then nuts with the appropriate washers can also be used

What advantages does the RUWI drilling table offer?

The RUWI drilling table helps to carry out drilling operations safely, accurately and efficiently. For example, by quickly setting up and adjusting for drilling series parts made of wood, metal or plastic at the stop. Even when processing long and large parts, it offers significant added value thanks to its large support surface and the option of using table extensions. The minimized risk of injury when drilling should also not be underestimated, because even small and problematic parts can be securely fixed and drilled.

What if the shatter shield is “punctured”?

If the splinter guard is worn out, it can be rotated first and used on the other side. If the second side is also used up accordingly, there is the option of ordering the shatter protection in the RUWI online shop as a spare part.

Can the drill table also be used with a series drill (several table drills installed next to each other)?

All drilling tables from RUWI have already prepared the corresponding holes on the side edges so that they can be connected to each other. This allows 2, 3 or more drill tables to be linked together to create a wide platform. In this way, the advantages of the RUWI drilling tables and accessories can also be used on the in-line drilling machine.

I bought the Basic / Classic drill table without a table extension and now I notice that I often have to drill long workpieces. What are the options?

In order to be able to adapt the RUWI table extension or an Aigner table extension to the drill tables, you need the mounting rails. The drill tables Basic and Classic have already prepared the holes for the mounting rails on the left, right and front edges and you can also attach them later. Simply contact us by phone or via the contact form and we will find a solution.
